We have installed an Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) sourced from leading international technology providers, These allows our team to accurately test 15+ elements with precision up to four decimals, ensuring that every ingot of 99.98% pure lead & lead selenium alloy produced meets stringent quality standards – from the very first to the very last.

For our Lead Oxide production, we follow strict in-house quality protocols supported by a dedicated wet chemical laboratory which allows us to restrict Iron impurities to below 10 PPM across the entire batch. This ensures that our products deliver maximum performance to battery, ceramics, glass, pigment, and primer industries who rely on us for superior quality inputs. • Lead Reactors – Installed for refining and alloying, capable of handling 100 MT per day.

• Automated Ball Mill – Ensures uniform production of Grey Lead Oxide powder with a daily output of 6 MT.

• Barton Plant – Fully automated systems for high-purity Oxide (6 MT/day) production.

• Red Lead Furnaces – Advanced furnaces designed for consistent (6MT/day) production.
